Dean founded Stonebridge Capital in December 2008. He was the co-founder of IMM Financial Advisory in 1998, and served as the CEO of IMM Venture Capital and IMM Investment. At IMM, Mr. Kim has led a significant role in transactions including CJ Entertainment, Mediaplex, Cyworld and Sidus HQ. After Sidus HQ merged with iHQ, he also served as the President of iHQ and led the company’s expansion into Korea’s largest management agency.

Prior to IMM, he was with the strategy planning office at Samsung Electronics.He earned a B.S in Molecular Biology from the Seoul National University, an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School, and completed the Columbia Senior Executive program.
